Tandoori Drumsticks

Ingredients:

3 lbs of chicken drumsticks

1 tbsp paprika

2 tsp cumin

2 tsp coriander

½ tsp turmeric

¼ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp cayenne

¼ tsp cardamom

Salt

Pepper

1 tsp minced Garlic

2 tbsp olive oil

Small container of Greek yogurt

 

 

Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Rinse and pat dry the drumsticks.
  3. Combine all ingredients except chicken into a large mixing bowl. Once thoroughly mixed, coat the drumsticks in the sauce.
  4. Place drumsticks on the grill and cover with tin foil. Rotate every 7 minutes to ensure the meat cooks evenly. The total cook time: 42 minutes.
